Record annual sales, and rising annual profit have done nothing to stop the worst ever one-day plunge for JB HiFi. Investors showed their concern about Australia's consumer retail environment, after JB HiFi reported a slowdown in the fourth quarter, and in July sales. Rena Sarumpaet speaks to Luke McMillan, Head of Research at Ophir Asset Management.
